Peppermint Bark with Ghirardelli Chocolate
I am constantly at war with my kitchen knives. They are terrible. They are 20+ years old and it’s never been a priority to replace them. I literally stab, then saw tomatoes when cutting them and then I have mushy tomatoes. It’s not great.
I know there is a brand new set of fancy knives waiting for me under the tree and I can’t wait to open them! Each slot has a sharpener so every time I pull one out it will be sharp! I can’t wait for nice clean lines when I cut. I am a little concerned I’ll loose a finger because I am so used to dull knives!
This bark is one of my favorite Christmas recipes. Not only is it easy, but it is so nicely infused with peppermint. I don’t like a strong peppermint taste, just a hint, so this Peppermint Bark is perfect for those who don’t like an overpowering taste of it!
