These crisp and chewy Gingersnap Cookies are a traditional favorite at every holiday gathering!
Old Fashioned Gingersnap Cookies
I’m not sure how we went from getting our kids ready for a new school year to feeling like Christmas is closing in on us, but here we are. I always say the holiday’s came out of nowhere. But they come the same time every year, so I’m not sure why I am so shocked when they get here!
I have had my eyes on a Grinch that I couldn’t decide if I wanted to splurge on. As I was consulting my husband over my conflict, he said I didn’t need him because I already had one – him! It’s true, I married the Grinch. He even has the same devious smile!
I thought I would check on this Grinch one more time, hoping I could decide when I saw him again… and he was gone! My husband was delighted. To him that meant I wasn’t going to take all day deliberating over whether or not I should get him.
Oh well, I can’t spend too much time regretting my delay – we have Christmas to plan for! Let’s kick off the holiday season with these traditional Gingersnap Cookies! And if you are really getting into the spirit, try making a batch of Peanut Brittle or 2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cup Christmas Cookies, too!
