You just can’t go wrong with these cute little Christmas cookies. They will compliment any Christmas gathering! So will these Almond Bark Clusters, Candy Bar Pretzel Bites, and Rolo Pretzel Turtles!

What You’ll Need:
- 1 package (24 count) Ready-to-Bake Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Squares
- 24 Mini-Reese’s Cups, Unwrapped
- Red & Green Sanding Sugar, Optional

How to Make 2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cup Christmas Cookies
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Set aside 24-count mini-muffin pan.
- One at a time, roll each Ready-to-Bake Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Square into a ball. Rotate rolling into red and green sanding sugar and place into each mini-muffin spot.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
- In the meantime, unwrap 24 mini-Reese’s cups and set aside.
- Remove the pan from the oven and immediately press unwrapped Reese’s down into the center of the cookie.
- Let cool before removing from the pan.
Recipe Notes:
- Pan – I use a 24 cup non-stick mini muffin pan, works like a charm! You could also use two 12 cup non-stick mini muffin pans.
- Sanding sugar – You can use sanding sugar, or skip it. It’s up to you!
- Non-stick spray – I don’t use non-stick spray. I don’t think it will hurt if you do, but I don’t find it necessary to use with this recipe.
- Keeping their shape – Removing the cookies as soon as they are cooled will help them keep their shape. They should easily come out just by pulling up on them with your fingers. If you leave them in too long, you might have to use a knife to pop them loose and that leaves an indent in the side of the cookie.
