A sweet and salty holiday snack packed with the familiar taste of sugar cookies at Christmas!

Sugar Cookie Pretzel Bites
I have tried just about every imaginable pairing of M&M’s and Kisses Pretzel Bites. I make more trips to Target in a week then I care to admit and every time I go I can’t resist the Christmas candy! One of my favorite combinations was the caramel filled Hersey’s Kiss with a brownie M&M. Those were so good! My husband couldn’t stop eating them. I was excited to share the idea with you, but I noticed after sitting a few days the caramel started to leak out. If I get around to it, I am going to try using a Rolo instead and see if that does the trick!
My point is – try new things. Don’t be afraid of failure. I guarantee break rooms all over the country would welcome baking mishaps!

What You’ll Need:
- 48 Round Pretzels
- 48 Hersey’s Sugar Cookie Kisses
- 48 Sugar Cookie M&M’s

How to Make Sugar Cookie Pretzel Bites
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Distribute 48 (or desired number) round pretzels evenly on the pan.
- Unwrap 48 (equal amount to pretzels) Sugar Cookie Kisses.
- Place unwrapped Hersey’s Sugar Cookie Kisses in the center of the pretzels.
- Put in the oven for 4 minutes.
- As soon as you remove the pan from the oven, press an M&M into the center of the Kisses. Repeat until all of them are made.
- Let cool until the Hersey’s Kisses have hardened.

Recipe Notes:
- Baking time – Baking the Kisses for 4 minutes is the perfect amount of time for me. But ovens vary and you may need 4 1/2 – 5 minutes. Start with 4 minutes. The chocolate should nicely melt over the sides of the pretzels when you press the M&M into it. But, not so much that it drips over the side.
- Pretzels – You don’t have to use round pretzels. I prefer the round pretzels because the Hersey’s Kiss melts evenly and it looks nice, but they are only in the stores during the holiday’s. If you can’t find round pretzels, the next best option is the square pretzels. The Hersey’s Hug will also melt evenly and look equally as nice!
- Quantity – It’s best to make one pan at a time because you have to place the M&M on the melted Hersey’s Kiss quickly. If you make too many at once you won’t be able to get to all of them before the Kiss starts setting. You want to be able to easily press the M&M into the Hersey’s Kiss.
- Be ready – Have the M&M’s ready to go by the time the oven timer goes off.
