A delicious dessert packed with peaches that can be made with any fruit! Every bite leaves you wanting more!

A friend of mine shared this delicious recipe for Baked Sticky Peach Pudding with me this summer, except it was with rhubarb. As I enjoyed a piece, I started thinking of all of the different fruit over the growing season that I could use instead of the rhubarb. Right away I thought of peaches! I was not disappointed. Whether you have a piece right out of the oven or the next day, it consistently slows you down as you savor a piece! I love the thick crunchy top layer combined with the soft bread-like center and the juicy peaches all in one bite – it’s sooooo good!!
This recipe tastes great just the way it is, but it would really be a home run with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top!
