- Vegan Chocolate Chips
- Peanut Butter
How to Make 2-Ingredient Vegan Fudge
- Line a bread pan, approximately 8 x 4, with parchment paper.
- Next, melt together 1 cup of vegan chocolate chips and 1/2 cup peanut butter over low heat.
- Remove from heat and pour into parchment lined pan. Spread evenly.
- Let cool in the refrigerator. Cut into fudge size pieces.
What Nut Butter Can Be Used in 2-Ingredient Vegan Fudge?
- You can use any nut butter you’d like in this recipe:
- Peanut Butter (My favorite!)
- Almond Butter
- Cashew Butter
- Sunflower Butter
Tips for Making 2-Ingredient Vegan Fudge
- You don’t have to use vegan chocolate, any chocolate works.
- You can easily double this recipe using a 9 x 9 pan.
- If you want perfectly smooth edges, use a really sharp knife.
- If you don’t have parchment paper to line the pan, use aluminum foil or saran wrap.

- 1 cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
Instructions
- Line a bread pan, approximately 8 x 4, with parchment paper.

Well I thank you for this. I really really thank you. I am gluten, dairy AND soy free. Yes life is hardaaaaaaannnnddd food allergies take it to a whole other level.
