Juicy strawberries baked under a buttery, crumbly oat topping! This is the perfect fruit-filled summer dessert!

Old Fashioned Strawberry Crisp
For the past two summers I have tried making Strawberry Crisp. But I wasn’t happy with the way any of them turned out. I always use fresh picked strawberries and I only have so many to work with, so I just wait to try again next summer when I have more.
Fresh picked strawberries are just the best, so are the memories that come with picking them! Freshly picked strawberries are deep red all the way through, they are really juicy, and scream summertime every time you eat them!
I am excited to finally share this recipe with you! If you love making crisp with summer fruit, then I think you’ll love Easy Blueberry Crisp, Peach Crisp, and Rhubarb Crisp, too!
