Nothing says summer quite like a cold glass of Strawberry Lemonade! This easy recipe combines sweet, juicy strawberries with bright, tangy lemonade for a refreshing drink that’s perfect for warm days, parties, or just relaxing at home!

Strawberry Lemonade Made with Real Strawberries!
I am blessed beyond all measure. My life is currently packed full of everything that makes me happy – time at home with my family, pool days with my friends, bike rides, bonfires, fresh produce, sunshine, snuggling with a book at dusk on my cozy deck, beautiful flowers, singing birds as the sun rises, good health, and at the center of all of it – God as my strength and refuge.
Picking fresh strawberries is also on my list of favorites! We go out early in the morning to pick heaping flats of berries and then I spend the next couple of days using them in as many different ways that I can! This time I decided to make a batch of Strawberry Lemonade! It’s so cool and refreshing on hot days.
Why this Recipe Works:
- Combination of Sweet and Tart Flavors – This lemonade provides a bright citrus tang, while the strawberries and sugar add natural sweetness, creating a well-rounded flavor.
- Fresh Strawberries Boost Flavor and Color – Using real strawberries gives the drink a vibrant pink hue and fresh, fruity taste you can’t get from artificial mixes.
- Extra Water Keeps it Refreshing – Diluting the lemonade slightly prevents it from being overly sweet or strong, making it more thirst-quenching.
- Easy, Customizable Base – You can adjust the sweetness, swap sweeteners, or add extras like mint or sparkling water without affecting the core recipe.

Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 2 quarts Country Time Lemonade – The base of the drink, providing a sweet and tangy lemon flavor without needing to mix from scratch.
- 3 cups Strawberries (Hulled & Sliced) – Adds fresh, fruity sweetness and a vibrant strawberry flavor. They also give the drink a natural pink color.
- 2 cups Water – Helps balance the sweetness and intensity of the lemonade, making it more refreshing and drinkable.
- 1 cup Sugar – Boost sweetness and enhances the strawberry flavor (especially helpful if the berries are slightly tart).

How to Make Homemade Strawberry Lemonade
- In a large pitcher, make 2 quarts Country Time Lemonade according to the directions. Keep in the refrigerator.
- Make a strawberry simple syrup by combining 3 cups hulled & sliced strawberries, 2 cups water, and 1 cup sugar in a sauce pan. Cook over medium heat and bring to a boil.
- Reduce temperature to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Strain the strawberries using a mesh strainer into a separate pitcher and let cool for 15 minutes. Lightly press down on the strawberries as you strain. Be sure not to press hard to avoid getting chunks of strawberries in the lemonade.
- Once cooled, pour and mix into the prepared lemonade. Serve over ice.

My Best Tips:
- Use Ripe, Sweet Strawberries – I prefer to use strawberries I’ve picked myself, but if you don’t have access to fresh berries, then I recommend choosing bright red, juicy berries for the best natural flavor.
- Chill Before Serving – Let it chill for at least 30-60 minutes so the flavors meld together.
- Add Fresh Flavor Boosts – If you’d like, you can add lemon slices for extra citrus or use sparking water for a fizzy version.
- Make It Look Appealing – Garnish with strawberries and lemon wheels. Serve in clear glass or a pitcher to show off the color.
