Pear Jello Recipe
I have such a hard time balancing all of my favorite summer-time things. I never want any of them to end, like swimming, bike rides, exploring, grilling, Farmer’s Markets, fireworks, fishing, games on the deck, using up cases of fresh produce, picnics, the list goes on and on!
We do our best to use our time wisely so we close out the summer with no regrets, but as going back to school looms over us we feel pressure to do more! Which means less time in the kitchen for me. I stick to recipes that are quick and easy!

What You’ll Need:
- 1 (6 oz) Strawberry Jello Gelatin
- 2 cups Water, Boiling
- 1 (8 oz) Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 (29 oz) can Pears, Drained
- 12 oz Cool Whip
How to Make Strawberry Pear Jello Bars
- Whisk 1 (6 oz) strawberry Jello gelatin into 2 cups boiling water. Place in refrigerator and let sit until it’s jiggly Jello.
- Then add 1 (8 oz) softened cream cheese and 1 (29 oz) can drained pears into the blender. Blend until combined.
- Next, add the Jello and blend.
- Finally, add the Cool Whip and blend until well combined.
- Pour mixture into a 9 x 9 pan and keep in the refrigerator until set.

- 1 (6 oz) Strawberry Jello Gelatin
- 2 cups Water, Boiling
