Christmas Pop Tart House
I always agonize over projects like this Pop Tart Gingerbread House! I overthink decorating because it has unlimited creative freedom! There is so much Christmas candy to chose from and I can’t use all of it, so I tried to narrow it down to a few traditional favorites. Then, there’s where to put it and how to make it look different from everyone else’s. That’s where my string of Christmas lights come in!
Between my son and I, we came up with some fun and easy ways to decorate this super cute Christmas Pop Tart House! The ideas are endless, so having a friendly decorating contest would be a great way to spend time with your family this Christmas!
If you like being creative with your kids, then make sure to make Oreo Snow Globe Cookies, Soft Christmas Cutout Sugar Cookies, Reindeer Pretzels, Melted Snowman Bark, Reindeer Graham Crackers, Oreo Ornament Cookies, Gnome Cookie Cups, or Reindeer Oreos!

How to Make Pop Tart Gingerbread House
- Lay out a piece of parchment paper.
- Vertically place 1 Pop Tart down. Lay another one down to the left and to the right of it, lining them up on the bottom.
- Using a knife, find the center of the top of the vertically placed Pop Tart and cut down to align with each Pop Tart to the left and right of it.
- Lay the cut Pop Tart on top of the remaining Pop Tart and cut along the pointed top so they match.
- Reposition the pieces to form a house, placing the pointed Pop Tarts on the ends.
- Using decorating icing, ‘glue’ all walls together. Once set, ‘glue’ the roof on.
- Once all edges of the house have dried, begin ‘gluing’ on Christmas candy to decorate as desired.
