Recipe Notes:
- Angel Food Cake – You can use store bought or make your own. If you are using store bought, just make sure it’s plain and not covered in frosting.
- Serving – Make sure not to add the strawberries, angel food cake, and mini marshmallows until right before serving.
- Pink Coloring – Unless you use fresh picked strawberries that are juicy, you won’t have the pink colored salad seen in the pictures. Store bought strawberries won’t turn the salad pink. You can leave it as is, which will be white, or you can sprinkle in a dusting of strawberry Jello gelatin powder to make it turn light pink.
- Fluffing – You can bulk up the salad with more strawberries and/or more cubed angel food cake if you’d like!
