Peach Cobbler with Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls!
My favorite breakfast food is cinnamon rolls and one of my favorite fruits is peaches. Combine the two in this Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler and you have the most delicious, comforting bite of Fall in every single bite!
If you’re looking for the ultimate easy dessert, this recipe is about to become your new favorite! It combines juicy fresh peaches, warm cinnamon and nutmeg, and soft cinnamon roll dough for a sweet, comforting treat that’s perfect for summer gatherings, holidays, or whenever you’re craving something cozy!
Why this Recipe Works:
- Fresh Peaches Create a Juicy, Flavorful Base – Ripe peaches provide natural sweetness and plenty of juice, giving the cobbler its classic fruit filled texture.
- Warm Spices Enhance the Peach Flavor – Cinnamon and nutmeg add cozy, comforting notes that compliment the peaches without overpowering them.
- Cinnamon Rolls Replace Traditional Cobbler Topping – Using refrigerated cinnamon roll dough makes this recipe quick and easy while adding a soft, buttery texture and extra cinnamon flavor.
- Icing Adds Perfect Finishing Touch – Drizzling the included icing over the warm cobbler creates a sweet glaze that ties all the flavors together and makes the dessert feel extra indulgent.

Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 5 Fresh Peaches – The star of the dessert, providing juicy sweetness and classic cobbler flavor.
- 1 tbsp Water – Helps create a syrupy peach filling as the cobbler bakes.
- 3 tbsp Sugar – Enhances the peach juices to create a rich, cobbler style filling.
- 2 tbsp Flour – Thickens the peach juices to create a rich, cobbler style filling.
- 2 tsp Cinnamon – Adds warm, cozy spice that pairs perfectly with both peaches and cinnamon rolls.
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg – Brings extra depth and a subtle earthy warmth to the filling.
- 1 Package of Pillsbury Cinnamon Roll Dough – Creates a soft, buttery topping with cinnamon swirls, making this cobbler extra easy and delicious.

How to Make Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9-inch square pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
- Pit, peel, and slice 5 peaches and place them in a medium sized sauce pan.
- Add 1 tbsp water, 3 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp flour, 2 tsp cinnamon, and 1/2 tsp nutmeg. Stir occasionally over low-medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Pour peaches into the baking dish.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into fourths and sprinkle the dough evenly over the top of the peaches.
- Tent a piece of foil over the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for additional 15 minutes, or until cinnamon rolls are golden brown.
- After removing from the oven, drizzle the icing that came with the package of cinnamon rolls over the cobbler.

My Best Tips:
- Tin Foil Tent is Required – If you skip this, the cinnamon roll dough will get dark too quickly on the outside before the center of the dough is baked all the way through on the inside.
- Don’t Over Bake – Make sure to set a timer and promptly check the cobbler when the time is up. The tops of the cinnamon rolls should be golden brown.
- Use the Store Bought Icing – Similar recipes to this one are available, however, most require you to make your own icing or glaze. Just use what came with the package of cinnamon rolls. Work smarter, not harder!
- Any Store Bought Cinnamon Rolls Work – You can use any brand of pre-made cinnamon roll dough. I’ve used the Aldi brand and it works just fine!
- Peel the Peaches – You can leave the peeling on, but I recommend removing it.
- Baking Dish Size – The original recipe called for a 2 1/2 quart dish. So you can use any baking dish comparable to that size, it doesn’t have to be a 9-inch square pan.
