Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats
If you’ve never been strawberry picking, you should go! Strawberries are available to pick throughout June and July in the mid-west. But those are two of our hottest months, so it’s best to go as early as the strawberry farm opens! And then you need to work quickly to clean them so you can start using them right away.
Nothing compares to fresh strawberries! They are so sweet, juicy, and bright red – you’ll wish you had picked more! You can make Strawberry Cobbler, Strawberry Fluff, the Best Strawberry Muffins, or use them in a Strawberry Smoothie!

What You’ll Need for the Oats:
- 1 cup Strawberries, Diced
- 3/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla
And the Cheesecake Filling:
- 4 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
How to Make Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats
- Place 1 cup diced strawberries, 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt into a bowl and mix. Then add remaining ingredients: 1 cup rolled oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and 1 tsp vanilla.
- Divide the mixture evenly between two containers.
- Make the cheesecake filling by combining 4 oz softened cream cheese, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp vanilla, and 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
- Place a dollop of cheesecake filling in each container. Mix well.
- Optional: Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs right before eating.
Tips:
- Strawberries – If you are using fresh picked strawberries, you don’t need much sweetener. If you are not using fresh picked strawberries, you can sweeten with additional maple syrup or add a dollop of strawberry jam. The jam will also give it a brighter red coloring.
