Strawberry Fluff Jello Salad
There are soooooo many variations of this Strawberry Fluff Salad, all of them are delicious! I like this recipe because it’s only 4-ingredients. It comes together in just a few minutes and works perfectly for picnics or potlucks!
I am always looking for ways to use my fresh picked strawberries in June. This is a great way to use them up! I also like making Strawberry Shortcake Bars, Strawberry Rhubarb Streusel Cheesecake Bars, and Donut Strawberry Shortcake!

What You’ll Need:
- 2 cups Fresh Strawberries, Chopped
- 1 (16 oz) container of Cottage Cheese
- 1 (8 oz) tub of Cool Whip
- 1 (3 oz) box of Strawberry Jello Gelatin Powder

How to Make Strawberry Fluff Salad
- Clean, slice, and dice 2 cups of fresh strawberries. Set aside.
- In a medium size bowl, thoroughly combine 1 16 oz container of cottage cheese, 1 8 oz tub of Cool Whip, and 1 3 oz box of Strawberry Jello. (Just the dry, gelatin powder.)
- Gently fold in the strawberries.
Recipe Notes:
- Make ahead – This recipe works great to make ahead. Just keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Jello mix – Do not make the Jello as instructed on the box; just use the dry mix as is in the recipe.
- Double – You can easily double this recipe to feed a crowd!
- Mix-in – You can mix in 1 1/2 cups mini-marshmallows if you’d like!
- Keep refrigerated – Make sure to store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
