Is there really anything prettier than a tray of Christmas cookies and candy?! What You’ll Need:
- 1 1/2 cups Salted Mixed Nuts
- 1/2 cup Kix Cereal
- 1 (24 oz) package White Almond Bark
- Christmas Sprinkles
How to Make Almond Bark Clusters
- Line countertop with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together 1/2 cup Kix cereal and 1 1/2 cups salted mixed nuts.
- In a sauce pan over low heat, break up the squares of 1 (24 oz) package of white almond bark and stir constantly just until melted. You don’t want the almond bark too hot or it will soften the Kix.
- Then poor white chocolate over the nut mixture and mix until well coated. You may need to add additional cereal and nuts according to your preference.
- Drop a spoonful of mixture onto the parchment paper, making a cluster. Then continue until the mixture is gone.
- Sprinkle Christmas sprinkles on top of each cluster while still wet and let harden.
Recipe Notes:
- Almond Bark – You don’t want the almond bark too hot or it will soften the Kix cereal.
- Nut Mixture – You may need to add additional cereal and nuts according to your preference.
