Garbanzo Bean Rice Patties
I have really, really been struggling with losing the weight I gained back. It has been harder than ever before. I can’t remember a time when it’s been this discouraging.
I wish my Grandma could be my personal chef! It sure would be a lot easier to lose weight. She made these Vegan Chickpea Patties! They are high in protein, pretty healthy, and they freeze well so you can keep them on hand when you are short on time to make a healthy meal.
Some of my other favorite weight loss meal ideas are Chickpea Mock Tuna, Vegan Orange Chicken, Vegetarian Fajitas, Sweet & Sour Tofu Meatballs, and Cauliflower Mac & Cheese!
