Tender scalloped potatoes generously covered in an easy creamy cheese sauce makes this classic side dish a crowd favorite!
Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes
We recently took a day trip to Appleton to do a little shopping. We had a blast! We had so much fun together. They have a World Market, which is one of my favorite stores to get blog dishes and silverware from. My husband and son dread that store. They are extra cooperative because they are convinced their help gets me out of the store faster!
I found a cart load of stuff I am super excited about and most of it was on clearance! Taking pictures of food isn’t easy, it’s actually quite challenging. It’s taken me years, and a lot of bad pictures, to figure out the little that I know! I’ve discovered it’s easier with the right tools. It’s kind of like creating ‘art!’
You can turn your dinner in to a masterpiece with these Scalloped Potatoes! This is my Dad’s recipe. A scoop of these delicious potatoes goes really well with Rice Krispie Meatballs, Easy Garlic Knots, and Buttery Garlic Green Beans! You should probably have a slice of No Bake Cherry Cheesecake for dessert, too!
