There are a few things I can’t say ‘no’ to… most of the time I can’t say it to everything at Hobby Lobby. I seriously have to give myself a pep talk on the way in… today is not the day to redecorate my entire house, today is not the day to redecorate my entire house… Every time I stray away from the real reason I am there and find myself where I shouldn’t be. When I tell myself ‘not today’ and actually stick to it I leave there so proud of the fact I am not unloading a train of shopping carts into my car with everything I dream of having in my home!
Buuuut… this last time I caved. I was weak. I was only supposed to pick up the candy jars in this picture… but I deviated and ended up in the ‘Welcome’ signs. I really needed one, honestly. And I haven’t been able to find one that I love. I really wanted one that would match my decor now and stand the test of time for when I do eventually redecorate! Basically one that would last an eternity. I found one! And it was on sale! Also, I feel like I am just reciting what I had practiced to tell my husband to convince him it was really something we needed! HA!

What You’ll Need:
- Candy Jar
- Valentine Candy or Cookies
- 3″ Punch
- Ribbon, Optional

How to Make How Sweet It Is to Be Taught by You Teacher Valentine Gift
- Print the free How Sweet It Is to Be Taught By You Printable.
- Punch circles around the tags using a 3″ punch. Note: This is not required, a scissors will work too!
- Fill candy or cookie jar.
- Place double sided tape on the back of the gift tag and tape to the top, or side, of the jar. You can get creative with the jar you choose and placement of the tag! You could also use a hole punch at the top of the tag instead.
- Tie ribbon around the top of the jar if desired.
