S’mores Donut with Marshmallow Fluff
I wanted to make Donut S’mores but I didn’t want to go through the hassle of melting chocolate and roasting a marshmallow without having an open fire to do it over. So I decided to try a shortcut and see if Nutella and marshmallow creme would be good substitutes. It’s a resounding ‘yes!’
These do have to be eaten right away, though. You can’t make them ahead of time. They are ooey-gooey and messy, just the way s’mores should be! If you want a taste of s’mores but need to be able to make them ahead of time then be sure to try Golden Graham S’mores Bars, Peanut Butter S’mores Cookie Cups, S’mores Brownie Bars, or S’mores Graham Cracker Cookies!
What You’ll Need:
- 3 Glazed Donuts
- 1/3 cup Nutella
- 3/4 cup Marshmallow Creme
How to Make S’mores Donuts
- Cut glazed donuts in half. Spread Nutella on one half and marshmallow creme on the other half and press together.
Recipe Notes:
- Filling – You don’t have to measure the amount of Nutella and marshmallow creme, just spread on desired amount!
