A really easy to make 4-ingredient Garlic Knot that makes a delicious addition to just about any meal!

Garlic Knots with Pizza Dough
I love to sit on our deck from Spring to Fall and read. I especially love to look through recipes, it’s one of my favorite things to do! I accumulate recipes faster than I can make them so they end up in a binder that I hope to some day get to. But I keep saving recipes and forget about the ones I previously saved. So I like to look back and pull one out of the pile!
These Easy Garlic Knots were one of those recipes! These are soooo easy to make because the dough is already made for you!
This no-fail recipe would go great with Potatoes Supreme, Creamy Vegetarian White Bean Chili, or Simple Vegetarian Meatballs!

What You’ll Need:
- 1 8 oz Package of Pillsbury Pizza Dough
- 2 tbsp Butter, Melted
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- Salt

How to Make Easy Garlic Knots
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay out the dough from one 8 oz package of Pillsbury Pizza Dough and lightly tug on the edges to even it out.
- Slice the dough into 8 inch strips. Tie each strip into a loose knot and set on parchment paper evenly spaced.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes. The knots should be golden brown.
- In the meantime, melt 2 tbsp of butter and stir in 4 minced cloves of garlic into the melted butter.
- As soon as you take the knots out of the oven, generously brush the melted butter over them and sprinkle with salt.

Tips:
- Garlic – I buy garlic that is already minced to save time!
- Parsley – Sprinkle some parsley on the knots before baking if you’d like.
- Brushing the butter – If you don’t have a way to brush on the melted butter, just dunk the knots into it.
- When to serve – These work great as a side for pizza or pasta. You could also serve them as an appetizer for football games!
