A delicious vegetarian entree made of thick cuts of canned Loma Linda imitation steak pieces!
Loma Linda Steak Strips
My Grandma and I are working on compiling a list of recipes made with Loma Linda Plant-Based Meats. We were inspired to put the list together because a number of people are always looking for recipes using their products in a Facebook group we belong to.
I’ve always been hesitant to share recipes made with Loma Linda’s products because they are expensive and are sometimes difficult to find. But I believe there are enough people out there who use their canned ‘meats’ regularly that will appreciate the ideas!
When my Grandma made these Vegetarian Steak Strips for you it was the first time I had tried them. They are so good! They have such a nice texture, they have great flavor, and they re-heat and freeze well! These same steak strips can be used in Vegetarian Beef Stroganoff, too! Serve with the Best Homemade Mashed Potatoes and Easy Garlic Knots for the perfect meal!
What You’ll Need:
- 3 cans Loma Linda Vegetable Steaks + Juice
- Breading Meal

Dear Jamie, I cannot Thank YOU enough for publishing your recipes for All people to try. I for one am SO THANKFUL for your recipes and hope you continue to Publish. God has led me to your site by accident, and I am so thankful He did. I have recently started a “Hot Lunch” program for our small church and , because I have never done this before, I wasn’t sure what I was getting into. I did find out that our “Church Conference” does not supply Recipes for the Lunches. Wow, what a surprise it was for me!!! Now, I have to come up with recipes the children will like. Their doesn’t seem to be a lot of people who really Share their recipes for the Canned Adventist Foods. This was hard for me because I use them but not very savvy on what Seasonings and tasteful ingredients to blend with them to make them appealing to the appetite. I AM SO THANKFUL for your Mission from God to fulfill the desires of the people who still want to use these Adventist Canned Food products and wish to know how to use them. I Pray you will continue and also include, if you use ANY of the Vegetarian/Vegan Products in the Grocery Stores, how to use those ones also. I will use your Recipes for my School “Hot Lunch” Program and give you all the credit, because YOU deserve it. Please don’t stop your Blogging, I am there with you. God Bless you in your efforts to give such a WONDERFUL Program and Hints and Tips to those of us who grew up Meat Eaters and wish to change our Eating Habits. SO Appreciate Your Blogging!!!!!!! With Sincere Thanks and Soft Regards, Emma Steiger Johnston. (I started a Recipe site on Facebook called: “Best Adventist Recipe Swap) If you wish to join, please let me know and I will send you an “Invite”. Would LOVE to have you in the Group.
