Best Cheesecake Bars with Graham Cracker Crust
These No Bake Cherry Cheesecake Bars are one of my husband’s favorite recipes! He loves, and I mean LOVES, this cheesecake!! I make them when I want to do something thoughtful for him.
You can get fancy for the sake of a delicious cheesecake, but you can also keep it simple and have the same indulgent experience. These bars have a soft, creamy texture and consistency and they aren’t too sweet or rich. They are just perfect!

What You’ll Need for the Graham Cracker Crust:
- 2 packages Graham Crackers
- 2 tsp Flour
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 12 tbsp Butter, Melted
And the Cheesecake:
- 4 (8 oz) boxes of Cream Cheese, Softened
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 16 oz Cool Whip
- Cherry Pie Filling

How to Make No Bake Cherry Cheesecake Bars
- Place 2 packages of Graham Crackers in a food processor and turn into crumbs. Add 2 tsp flour and 1/2 cup sugar and pulse until well combined. Add 12 tbsp melted butter and pulse together well.
- Distribute evenly into a 9 x 13 pan and press down firmly. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together 4 (8 oz) boxes of softened cream cheese and 2 cups powdered sugar. Mix in 16 oz Cool Whip.
- Spread cheesecake mixture evenly over the Graham Cracker crust. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Place a dollop of cherry pie filling over the bars as you cut and serve them.

Recipe Notes:
- Cream Cheese – Soften the cream cheese by letting it reach room temperature. If you don’t soften it, you’ll have lumpy cheesecake.
- Mix In – You can skip the pie filling topping, and stir in chopped fresh fruit instead. Then top with additional chopped fresh fruit. You can use:

- Topping – You can top with any flavor pie filling. Offering a variety of pie filling toppings pleases a crowd! You can use:
