Potato Wedges in the Air Fryer
I love my Air Fryer! It’s my very favorite kitchen gadget. I am huge fan of crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and the Air Fryer nails it every time! Like these Easy Air Fryer Pizza’s!
These Air Fryer Potato Wedges are so easy to make and they taste delicious! There are a lot of different recipes for potato wedges, generally similar with a few different variations. I’ve never had a potato wedge I didn’t like!
They are easy to dress up, or down, each time you make them. You can add Parmesan cheese, freshly chopped garlic, or parsley, change up the spices, and you can dunk them in any of your favorite sauce! I love Chipotle Ranch!
What You’ll Need:
- 4 Russet Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
How to Make Potato Wedges in the Air Fryer
- Cut potatoes in half, then cut each half into wedges.
- Put potato wedges into a large bowl with 2 tbsp olive oil and toss to coat.
- In a separate small bowl, combine 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Mix together well then sprinkle over potato wedges and toss to coat completely.
- Add potato wedges to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to air fry in two batches.
- Air fry at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes, turning the wedges or shaking the basket half way through.
Recipe Notes:
- Potatoes – I have used Yukon Gold potatoes, they work just the same. You’ll need to reduce the baking time to 15-18 minutes because they are a softer and smaller potato.
- Freezing – You can easily freeze these in a freezer safe bag and put in the Air Fryer when ready!
