Easy Strawberry Chocolate Chip Cake Mix Cookies

Holidays give me all the feels. You can blame me for the stores putting Valentine’s Day stuff in front of you long before it’s actually here. I am one of those consumers that plans too far ahead because I get giddy about sending cute holiday treats to school with my son! I get so much joy out of baking for others, especially cute treats for kids!

What You’ll Need:

• 1 package Strawberry Cake Mix
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 cup Oil
• 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

How to Make Strawberry Chocolate Chip Cake Mix Cookies

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
• Combine 1 package of Strawberry Cake Mix, 2 eggs, and 1/2 cup oil and mix well.
• Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
• Scoop 1 1/2 tbsp size cookie dough balls and place onto prepared baking sheet, leaving room between the cookies.
• Bake for 10 minutes. After removing from the oven, place additional chocolate chips in the tops of the cookies before allowing to cool.
