A classic, easy to make Pecan Pie that will be the best choice at your Thanksgiving dessert table!
Old Fashioned Pecan Pie
My husband and I are not able to check in with each other very often throughout the day. He doesn’t have access to his phone most days, so quite often we go without talking to each other until he comes home. And we can’t get to the good stuff until our son goes to bed, so some days we wait a long time to really talk to each other!
One time he called me out of the blue and asked me what I was doing for lunch. He had a quick break and wanted to spend it with me! We went to a cute little café, we talked, laughed, shared a huge chocolate chip cookie, and had a fabulous time! It felt like we were dating again. We were long overdue for some time out, alone!
Speaking of being alone. Don’t put me in a room alone with this Easy Pecan Pie – one of us isn’t going to make it out alive and it’s not me!
