Blueberry Yogurt Parfait
My husband and I like to call the small town we live in a ‘Honey Hole.’ It’s a term fisherman use to describe a jackpot of a fishing spot. We love the area we live in and consider all of our walking paths, lakes, rivers, playgrounds, activities, sledding hills, Farmer’s Markets, and swimming pools to be reasons we’ll live here forever!
It’s not often that my husband and I go on a date. But the last time we had some time to ourselves we strolled the streets of our small downtown and visited our cute little locally owned shops. We had so much fun! If you are ever in the area, make sure you check out The Local. My husband found a lovely little spoon with ‘Spoonful of Sugar’ stamped into it. He excitedly showed me what he found and I was just excited when I saw it! It came home with us and is making it’s debut in these pictures of Healthy Blueberry Yogurt Breakfast Parfait!
When I haven’t planned ahead a parfait saves the day! I can just use whatever I have on hand, stir some protein powder into the yogurt, sprinkle some chia seeds and granola in and I have a decent start to the day! My favorite granola to use is Easy Coconut Granola. If you don’t like the sound of coconut, you could try my Grandma’s Easy Healthy Granola!

- Protein Powder
- Chia Seeds
- Fresh Blueberries

How to Make a Healthy Blueberry Yogurt Breakfast Parfait
- Mix protein powder with blueberry yogurt then layer the yogurt, blueberries, and granola.
- Sprinkle with chia seeds.
Recipe Notes:
- Guesstimate – This is one of those recipes you just have to eyeball. Use the desired amount of ingredients!
- Customize – You can make your parfait any way you want to! Use any flavor of yogurt and fruit.
- Granola – You can use your favorite store-bought granola or try making Easy Coconut Granola or Easy Healthy Granola!
- Make ahead – If making ahead of time, add the granola right before eating.
- Vegan – You can swap the yogurt with vegan yogurt if you’d like. Silk is my favorite non-dairy brand of yogurt!
