Store bought sugar cookie dough rolled in sprinkles with a Christmas cookie shape in the center!
Easy Stacked Christmas Sprinkle Cookies
I saw a video for these festive cookies and was anxious to make them myself! They are so colorful, so much fun, and so easy to make!
A few things I want to share with you that I learned as I made these for the first time. First, the cookie size is pretty big so you want to make sure to leave plenty of space between each cookie so they have room to spread. Second, don’t push the Christmas cookie shape into the center of the dough, just lightly set it there. And third, let these sit over night. If you eat them the same day the center of the cookie seems too under baked. But the next day it tastes baked to perfection!
Oh, and there is no way to make the shape in the center of the cookie look perfect. It does what it wants and that’s okay!
