Toffee Peanut Clusters

We were traveling with my parents recently and my husband saw a Jeep with ducks lined on the dashboard. He said that he’s always wondered what the ducks meant, so my Mom looked it up because all of us had been wondering the same thing.

It’s called ‘Jeep Ducking.’ It’s a trend where owners leave rubber ducks on other Jeeps they admire as a random act of kindness. Apparently some people even add love notes! The purpose is to spread positivity and make someone smile!

I just love this trend so much and thought I’d share!

What You’ll Need:

• 1 (12 oz) bag Chocolate Chips
• 1 (10 oz) bag Peanut Butter Chips
• 1 (4 oz) White Baking Chocolate Bar
• 2 cups Dry Roasted Peanuts
• 1 cup Heath Toffee Bits

How to Make Toffee Peanut Clusters

• Lay out parchment paper.
• Melt 1 (12 oz) bag chocolate chips, 1 (10 oz) bag peanut butter chips, and 1 (4 oz) white baking chocolate bar in a large sauce pan over low heat. Constantly stir until smooth and melted.
• Remove from heat.
• Stir in 2 cups dry roasted peanuts and 3/4 cup Heath toffee bits until well combined.
• Spoon clusters onto parchment paper. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup toffee bits evenly over the tops of the clusters while still wet.
• Let harden.
