Grandma’s Apple Pie uses a secret ingredient and is easy to make! Top with a scoop of ice cream for the perfect Fall treat!
Simple Apple Pie Recipe
The other day I overheard my husband ask our son if he knows what the Baby Shark song is. I immediately cringed because I knew what was coming … the Baby Shark song!! My first question was, why?
Apparently he heard on the radio that it’s been played billions of times on YouTube and he was curious what was so great about it. I tried explaining to him that he’s heard the song and just didn’t realize it while our son was singing it as loud as he could! Once he heard it he recognized it… but it was too late. The Baby Shark train had already started – once it starts it’s nearly impossible to stop because it gets stuck in your head!
So then my husband makes up his own words to the song but inserts my blog name in there, with everything related to it for the lyrics! Before I knew it he was toe tapping to his own tune and was convinced it was going to be the next #1 hit! It was cute. Thankfully it helped us forget all about the Baby Shark song!
Do you know what else is impossible to stop doing? Eating this Easy Apple Pie, especially warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! Or this Cherry Pie, or this Rhubarb Pie… well, you get the idea.
