Cashew Clusters with Caramel
My husband is addicted to these ooey-gooey little treats! He can’t keep his hands off of them. Every time I turn around he’s snacking on one!
He & I just spent a week alone because our son was at summer camp. We really enjoyed the week – dreaming big of our future together, walking, dinner dates, just sitting outside and relaxing, and taking care of some things around the house. But we are anxious for our son to return home today! We miss him terribly when he’s gone.

What You’ll Need:
- 1 (11 oz) bag KRAFT Caramels, Unwrapped
- 1 (11 oz) bag Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Chips
- 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
- 8 oz Cashews
How to Make Cashew Clusters
- Lay out a piece of parchment paper on the counter.
- Make about 18 small piles of cashews on the parchment paper.
- Unwrap caramels and place into a sauce pan over low heat. Add 2 tbsp heaving whipping cream and stir frequently until melted and smooth.
- Spoon caramel over the piles of cashews. Let sit until firm.
- In a separate bowl, microwave 1 (11 oz) bag Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Chips in 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval until melted and smooth.
- Spoon melted chocolate over each cluster.
- Let cool and harden.
