Toffee Brownies From a Box

My Aunt Laurina remembered seeing my recipe for Halloween Oreo Brownies when she was in the store and saw Toffee Oreos. She thought she would give it a try, but with a toffee twist! It was hit!

I’ve tried baking brownies in several different pans, and I’ve found my favorite thickness is in a 9 x 9 pan. But the nice thing about this recipe is you can pour the batter in any size pan you’d like, just change the baking time according to the directions on the box!

If you love baking with Oreos, then I suggest making Mint Oreo Cheesecake Bars, Mini Oreo Cheesecakes, Mint Oreo Brownies, or Mint Oreo Pudding Cookies, too!

What You’ll Need:

• 1 box Brownie Mix + Ingredients on Box
• 18-20 Toffee Oreos

How to Make Toffee Oreo Brownies

• Preheat oven according to directions on the back of the box for a 9 x 9 pan. Spray pan with non-stick spray.
• Follow the instructions on the back of 1 box brownie mix to make the batter.
• Crush 10 Mint Oreo’s and gently fold in. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
• Randomly place 3-4 whole Toffee Oreo’s in the top of the batter. Then break up a few additional Oreo’s and randomly press into the rest of the open areas of the top of the batter.
• Spread evenly into prepared pan.
• Bake for time suggested on the back of the box for 9 x 9 pan.
