Butterfinger Saltine Cracker Candy
My Christmas Crack is super popular around the holiday’s. But it’s such a great recipe I think it should be enjoyed year round! So I’ve been dreaming up different variations of the much loved perfectly sweet and salty treat, starting with this Butterfinger Saltine Toffee. If you’d like to skip the crushed Butterfinger, just make Saltine Toffee!

What You’ll Need:
- 40 Saltine Crackers
- 1 cup Salted Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 cups Ghirardelli Chocolate Chips
- Crushed Butterfingers

How to Make Saltine Toffee
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a 10 x 15 baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray.
- Place 40 crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Combine 1 cup butter and 1 cup brown sugar in a saucepan, stirring frequently, and bring to a boil. Keep stirring continuously for 5 minutes after boil is reached.
- Pour the mixture over the crackers and spread evenly.
- Place the pan in the oven and bake for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let sit until the crackers settle, just a minute or two. Using a butter knife, push any crackers that are overlapping back into place. Then immediately sprinkle 2 cups chocolate chips over the top.
- Let sit until you are able to spread the melted chocolate chips over the saltines.
- Sprinkle crushed Butterfingers on top and let toffee sit until cool.
- Cut or break into pieces to serve.
