Layers of Graham Cracker crust, cheesecake, fruit, and topped with Cool Whip, sprinkles, hot fudge, and cherries!

No Bake Banana Split Dessert
I like to take pictures in batches, it’s the most efficient way to manage my time. That means I line up a bunch of food and spend my day taking pictures.
It sounds easy, but it’s actually very time consuming. I make sure to allow for about 30 minutes per set of pictures. Some take less time, others take more. I’ve been doing this long enough now that I can pretty closely estimate how much time I need to reserve, but sometimes I am way off like when I took pictures of this Banana Split Dessert!
I wanted everything to look fresh in the pictures so I cut up all of the fruit and made the layers right before I got this delicious dessert ready for it’s debut. It ended up taking about an hour from start to finish because the fruit wouldn’t stay put, cherry juice started running, and whipped cream started melting.
When it came time to edit the pictures I realized I had forgotten to drizzle the chocolate sauce on top! I was so mad at myself! I couldn’t believe it. The star of the show was the chocolate sauce and I forgot to put it on. Ugh. So here we are, without it, because I cannot bring myself to retake the pictures! You will just have to use your imagination!
This is the perfect summer dessert! If you love the sweet and fresh taste of summer as much as I do, then I think you’ll love Orange Creamsicle Dream Bars, Strawberry Lasagna, Pineapple Orange Cake, Lemon Bars, and Strawberry Jello Pudding Poke Cake, too!
