Easy Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake
I don’t know what genius came up with the idea to combine chocolate chip cookies and cheesecake, but I’d love to read through their recipe book! These Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake Bars are absolutely incredible and the worst part is they are super easy to make with a roll of refrigerated cookie dough!

What You’ll Need:
- 1 (18 oz) roll Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- 1 (8 oz) Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla

How to Make Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake Bars
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray a 9 x 9 pan with non-stick spray.
- Spread a little more than half the cookie dough onto the bottom of the pan and press down evenly.
- In a medium size bowl, beat 1 (8 oz) softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in 1 egg and 1/2 tsp vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the cookie dough layer and spread evenly.
- Crumble the remaining cookie dough over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake Bars, made with store bought chocolate chip cookie dough and easy to make cheesecake filling!
