S’mores Bars with Golden Grahams
You don’t need a fire pit to make these delicious Golden Graham S’mores Bars! You don’t need an oven either, so you won’t even work up a sweat!
This is one of those recipes that consistently delivers the same euphoric feeling every time you take that first bite. They are super easy to make and you don’t have to worry about making them look perfect. That’s my kind of recipe! The messier, the better with these treats.

What You’ll Need:
- 6 cups Golden Grahams
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips
- 5 cups Mini-Marshmallows + 2 Additional Cups
- 1/4 cup Light Karo Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla
How to Make Golden Graham S’mores Bars
- Spray 9 x 13 pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
- Pour 6 cups Golden Grahams into a large bowl and set aside.
- Melt 4 tbsp butter in a large sauce pan over low heat. Stir in 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips, 5 cups mini-marshmallows, 1/4 cup light Karo syrup, and 1 tsp vanilla.
- Continuously stir until smooth and melted together.
- Immediately pour over Golden Grahams and stir until evenly coated. Stir in additional 2 cups of mini-marshmallows.
- Press mixture evenly into pan. Sprinkle top with additional mini-marshmallows if desired.
