Packed with chocolate and peanut butter. These vegan brownies are a delicious alternative to ‘real’ brownies!
These Vegan Peanut Butter Banana Brownie Bites are a variation of my Vegan Peanut Butter Banana Brownies. My readers love these! It’s the exact same recipe, except in round form instead of square.
I am really starting to wonder if I am part Elvis with as many peanut butter and banana recipes I share. He loved that combination, too!

Tips for Making Vegan Peanut Butter Banana Brownie Bites
- My preference is to use muffin liners. My favorite are the bright colored muffin liners from Walmart with stripes and polka dots! I like to spray the liners with non-stick spray before pouring the batter in. Then the brownie bites come out clean.
- If you prefer not use muffin liners, just spray the pan with non-stick spray.
- Before baking, you can add additional peanut butter to the top of the batter and swirl it in with a knife.
- We think they taste best cold! So try storing them in the refrigerator, they are delicious that way!

They look delicious. I wondered if I could just drop batter on a cookie 🍪 sheet to make chocolate cookies or would the batter run? Maybe you already have a great chocolate cookie recipe and I missed it.
I think that is a fantastic idea, Roxie! I haven’t tried that. If you decide to try it, let me know how it turns out! I haven’t posted any recipes for chocolate cookies yet – but soon!
