These vegan brownies are a delicious substitute for ‘real’ brownies!
Peanut Butter Banana Brownies
These Vegan Peanut Butter Banana Brownie Bites are a variation of my Vegan Peanut Butter Banana Brownies. My readers love these! It’s the exact same recipe, except using a muffin pan instead of a 9 x 9 pan.
I am really starting to wonder if I am part Elvis with as many peanut butter and banana recipes I’ve been sharing. What can I say? I always seem to have bananas going bad so I can make Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Cups for breakfast, Hulk Spinach Banana Muffins for packed lunches, and Banana Crumb Cake for potlucks!

Recipe Notes:
- Muffin liners – You don’t have to use muffin liners, you can pour the batter directly into the pan. But to keep it mess free, I prefer using these liners!
- Storing – We like storing these in a sealed container in the refrigerator, they taste great cold!

They look delicious. I wondered if I could just drop batter on a cookie 🍪 sheet to make chocolate cookies or would the batter run? Maybe you already have a great chocolate cookie recipe and I missed it.

I think that is a fantastic idea, Roxie! I haven’t tried that. If you decide to try it, let me know how it turns out! I haven’t posted any recipes for chocolate cookies yet – but soon!
