S’mores Brownies with Box Mix
We are in the middle of Summer, almost near the slope down to Fall and I’ve got S’mores on the brain! But it’s way too hot to be sitting at a campfire, so the next best thing is to make S’mores Brownie Bars!
We love s’mores in any way shape or form! Some of our favorites are S’mores Pretzel Bites, Golden Graham S’mores Bars, S’mores Graham Cracker Cookies, Mini S’mores Pie, Peeps S’mores Dip, an No Bake Nutella S’mores Granola Bars!
These brownies are easy to make and so ooey-gooey, you’ll feel like you are eating a s’mores straight out of a bonfire!

What You’ll Need:
- 1 package Graham Crackers
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 6 tbsp Butter, Melted
- 1 box Brownie Mix + Ingredients on Box
- 10 oz bag Mini Marshmallows
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips

How to Make Easy S’mores Brownie Bars
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place 1 package of unwrapped Graham Crackers in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed.
- Add 1/2 cup sugar and pulse until well mixed. Then add in 6 tbsp melted butter and pulse until well mixed.
- Press the Graham Cracker crumbs into the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Press firmly until evenly distributed.
- Prepare brownie mix according to the directions on the box.
- Pour brownie batter on top of the Graham Cracker crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes. A toothpick entered into the center of the brownie should come out clean.
- Remove from the oven and immediately distribute a 10 oz package of mini marshmallows evenly over the brownies. Then sprinkle 1 cup of chocolate chips over the marshmallows.
- Turn oven to broil.
- Place brownies back in the oven for 2 minutes and remove immediately when the time is up, or when marshmallows start to brown.

Recipe Notes:
- Broiling – Turn on your oven light and stand at the oven while the brownies are broiling. Don’t leave the brownies unattended. The marshmallows can quickly get burned if left in too long. Just as you are starting to notice the marshmallows browning is when you want to remove them from the oven.
- Cutting – When cutting the brownies, be sure to use a clean sharp knife otherwise you might have a mess. Either use just the tip of the knife and work your way through cutting the brownies or just take one swipe across with the longer knife to help with cutting the brownies neatly.
