A one-bowl, 5-ingredient delicious chewy vegan brownie cookie loaded with chocolate in every bite!
I am really proud of some of the recipes I have created. The most popular recipe on my blog is actually one that I created on a whim! Not all of my ideas come to fruition as I had hoped they would, though. But I never give up!
Over the past couple of weeks I have been a cookie baking machine. I have been on a mission to spread as much baked love as possible with cookies to all of my local friends and family. I needed to bake a lot of cookies, inexpensively, in a relatively short amount of time. So I decided to bake variations of cake cookies! In the process, I tested, tested, quality tested, and tested some more until I got the perfect Vegan Chocolate Brownie Cookie!
Why These Vegan Chocolate Brownie Cookies Are the Best:

- Swap yogurt for eggs and vegan chocolate chips for milk chocolate chips if you want
- Tastes just like a delicious brownie
- Has the same chewy text of a brownie
- Super quick and easy to make!

Tips for Making Vegan Chocolate Brownie Cookies
- Gently push the chocolate chips into the outside of the cookie dough ball before baking, don’t just set them on the dough. Pushing them in gently will help them to bake into the cookie.
- The cookies may seem underdone when you remove them from the oven, but they’re not. Just let them completely cool. You want the cookies to have the chewy texture of a brownie, so over baking them will ruin the taste and texture of the cookie.
- Also, you don’t have to make these vegan. You can easily swap the vegan yogurt for 2 eggs and use real chocolate chips!
- If you use 1 container of Silk Vanilla Yogurt, you’ll have just the right amount for the cookies!
