Best Marinated Bean Salad
My husband and son have a ruthless game of Monopoly going on – it’s been going on for days! Both of them just keep adding money to their already hefty stacks of cash. It’s gotten to the point that I had to order more Monopoly money!
I always lose that silly game, pretty early on. And my son has always been pretty close behind me, but the last time we played he won! We did not see that coming. My husband is undefeated at that game so you can imagine our son’s excitement! He is very hopeful for the same outcome this time around.
Monopoly is dominating our table, so thank goodness for summer-time because we eat outside every day any way!
Summer brings all sorts of seasonal things like this Marinated Bean Salad! I think you’ll like this recipe, it doesn’t taste like vinegar. If you are in the market for side dishes, I think you’ll like Grape Salad, Vegetarian Doritos Taco Salad, Classic Potato Salad, and Blueberry Pretzel Salad, too!
