Fluffy Orange Jello Salad
Every time I get out these beautiful and bright colored bowls, I am reminded of my Great-Grandma Smith. We used this Fiestaware at our cabin throughout the summer as every day dishes not knowing they would be valuable some day. Had we known we would have put them on display instead. They are showing their age with chips and scratches, but I love their vintage look and feel!
This Orange Fluff Salad is perfect for potlucks and parties. I also like taking 3-Ingredient Cream Cheese Apple Dip, Blizzard Party Mix, or Peanut Butter Rice Krispies Treats! Another crowd favorite are these Oreo Dirt Cake Cups!

What You’ll Need:
- 8 oz Cool Whip, Thawed
- 3 oz Orange Jello Gelatin Powder
- 16 oz 4% Fat Cottage Cheese
- 14 oz can Mandarin Oranges, Drained
- 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
How to Make Orange Fluff Salad
- Combine 8 oz thawed Cool Whip and 3 oz orange Jello gelatin powder. Stir until combined.
- Add in 16 oz 4% fat cottage cheese, 14 oz can of drained mandarin oranges, and 1 cup mini marshmallows. Gently fold until combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

Tips:
- Make ahead – This recipe works great to make ahead. Just keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Jello mix – Do not make the jello as instructed on the box; just use the dry mix as is in the recipe.
- Double – You can easily double this recipe to feed a crowd!
- Mix-in – You can mix in shredded coconut or chopped nuts if you’d like.
Variations
- Use raspberry jello mix with fresh raspberries.
- You can use pineapple jello with pineapple bits.
- Use strawberry jello mix with fresh strawberries in this Strawberry Fluff.
- Or, cherry jello mix with fresh cherry pieces.
