Easy German Pancake Recipe
I’ve been ready for summer, well, since last summer! We have a month to go and school is out. I’m not sure what I am more excited about – the pool, picking fresh berries, traveling, camping, the Farmer’s Market, fireworks, mowing, grilling, spending more time with friends and family, or ice cream!

This German Pancake is an easy way to make your Mother’s Day weekend special. It’s super easy to make in a blender so it will give you more time to shop for flowers!
