A 3-ingredient healthy frozen yogurt treat! Everyone will love these quick and easy to make healthy treats!
One of the things that I enjoy doing is reading cookbooks or scrolling through recipes on Pinterest. Sometimes I make the recipe exactly as the directions say and other times I use the recipe as inspiration and go rogue. There are a lot of things you can make just by looking at the picture. Those are my favorite! These Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups are a great example.
I saw a picture that inspired me, knew how to make it from seeing the picture, and decided to use the ingredients I already had!
I am a ‘use what you have’ kinda gal. I overthink enough other things in my life, I don’t need to overthink baking, too! I didn’t have enough of each kind of yogurt to fill 3 of each. So I got creative and made some with half vanilla. Then I thought to myself, ‘These don’t have to be just for breakfast. They can be for dessert, too!’ So I made some with vegan chocolate.
You don’t have to do things exactly as someone else did. Sometimes it’s okay to just let loose in the kitchen and just work with what you have. I think you’ll be pretty proud of yourself for what you come up with!
