A simple and easy to make s’mores cookie for Easter using your favorite flavor and color of Peeps!

Peeps S’mores

The idea for these Peeps S’mores Graham Cracker Cookies actually came to me when I was making S’mores Graham Cracker Cookies! I had leftover Peeps from making Easter Oreo Dirt Cake Cups for my son to take to school, so I thought I would use them up in a fun s’mores treat!

I think putting these in Easter treat bags and attaching Sweet Treats for My Peeps Free Printable Gift Tags to them would be a cute idea for the kids in your life!

What You’ll Need:

• 12 Graham Crackers
• 12 Peeps
• 1 cup Hersey’s Milk Chocolate Chips

How to Make Peeps S’mores Graham Cracker Cookies

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Break graham crackers along the perforated lines, making rectangles. (24 pieces total)
• Lay 12 out on parchment paper lined pan.
• Place a Peep on each graham cracker rectangle.
• Place the remaining 12 graham crackers over the Peeps, making a sandwich.
• Put pan in the oven for 4 minutes. Remove from the oven and press lightly on the top graham cracker for just a second so the Peeps squish out of the crackers.
• Let cool. Dip ends in melted chocolate. Place back on the parchment paper lined pan and put in the refrigerator until the chocolate is firm.
