Best Puppy Chow Recipe
We decided in Spring that it was time to get rid of the swing set. I was so emotional over a silly swing set! Some friends of ours gave it to us because they were moving out of state when our son was just a baby. That swing set gave us many happy memories!
I could see it perfectly through the kitchen window so I could keep an eye on the kids playing. They turned that swing set into pirate ship, a plane, a car, an ice cream shop, they were always so imaginative with it!
When it came time to list it there were several people interested, but nobody followed through. I thought I would get lucky and nobody would buy it! Eventually a woman and her husband with two small children made an offer and came to pick it up. She knew I as a wreck over it and promised to give it a good home.
Shortly after they got it home it was assembled and freshened up with a new coat of paint! I was so relieved. She was going to love it just as much as I did!
I wish time would stand still! About the only thing that stands the test of time though is Puppy Chow! It’s one of those things that will always be exactly what you need when you didn’t know you needed it! We like making Football Puppy Chow for game days! You can use the leftover Chex cereal in these Chex Scotcheroos or Blizzard Party Mix!
