Delicious layers of chocolate pudding and marshmallow cream make the perfect summer time treat for all ages!

Frozen S’mores Ice Cream Sandwich
I have seen this recipe for Frozen S’mores circulating for a while now. I’ve always thought they were a genius idea, looked delicious, and sounded pretty easy to make. I kept saying I needed to try making them, but never made the time to.
As I was looking for inspiration for projects that my Grandma could work on these came to mind! We are quickly approaching summer time and these delicious ice cream sandwiches would be the perfect treat on a hot summer day!
The layers of chocolate pudding and marshmallow cream sandwiched between Graham Crackers taste just like a cold s’mores!

What You’ll Need:
- 1 (5.9 oz) box Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
- 2 1/2 cups Whole Milk
- 2 + 1/2 cup Cool Whip, Thawed
- 12 Graham Crackers, Broken in Half
- 5 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
- 6 oz Marshmallow Cream (Little Less Than 1 Jar)

How to Make Frozen S’mores
- Line 9 x 13 pan with aluminum foil. Fold the edges over the sides.
- In a medium bowl, beat together 1 (5.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix, 2 1/2 cups whole milk, and 1/2 cup Cool Whip until smooth and creamy.
- Lay half the Graham Cracker halves evenly on the bottom of the pan, with space in between each one. Spread the pudding mix evenly over the top and chill.
- In a separate bowl, beat 5 oz softened cream cheese and 6 oz marshmallow cream (little less than 1 jar) together until smooth. Fold in remaining 2 cups Cool Whip.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the chocolate layer. Place remaining Graham Crackers on top. Cover with aluminum foil.
- Freeze for 6 hours, or until firm enough to cut through.
- Slice through the layers, using the edges of the Graham Crackers as guides, and cut into sandwiches. Trim away any excess of the frozen filling.
