No Bake Homemade Chewy S’mores Granola Bars
At the beginning of the school year I am excited for all things back to school, especially shopping for new school clothes and supplies for my son! I am even excited about packing school lunches!
Fast forward a few months, sometimes weeks, and the excitement of packing school lunches has passed and I have no idea what to pack anymore. It’s so easy just to grab a bunch of random lunch stuff from the grocery store, but it’s not very filling. We need things that sustain and help curb appetite!
Making a batch of these Chewy S’mores Granola Bars is faster than grocery shopping! The Old Fashioned Rolled Oats give these granola bars their chewy texture and you can cut them any size or shape you’d like!

What You’ll Need:
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Nutella
- 2 1/2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Mini-Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Mini-Marshmallow Bits
How to Make Chewy S’mores Granola Bars
- Spray 8 x 8 pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
- Add 1/4 cup butter and 1/4 cup honey to a saucepan over low heat and stir until melted. Add 1/4 cup Nutella and stir until melted and well combined. Remove from heat.
- Pour in 2 1/2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats and stir until completely coated. Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes.
- Add 1/2 cup mini-chocolate chips and 1/2 cup mini-marshmallow bits. Stir until just mixed in.
- Pour into prepared pan and lightly spread evenly. Sprinkle additional mini-chocolate chips and mini-marshmallow bits over the top of the mixture.
- Using a piece of wax paper, press the mixture down evenly and firmly so the mixture holds together.
