I love vegetable pizza. It’s one of my favorite summer-time recipes. I saw vegetable pizza pinwheels on Pinterest and it sparked an idea… Easy Vegetable Pizza Wraps!

I am not a fan of raw vegetables. However, camouflaging them in dip, or this wrap, makes eating them a lot more enjoyable! The beauty of these wraps is that you can use any vegetables you’d like!

Ingredients for Vegetable Pizza Wrap
- Cream Cheese
- Mayonnaise
- Sour Cream
- Hidden Valley Dry Ranch Seasoning
- Tortilla Shells
- Chopped Raw Vegetables of Choice (Example: Broccoli, Califlower, Carrots)
- Shredded Cheese

How to Make a Vegetable Pizza Wrap
- Mix 8 oz of softened cream cheese, 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sour cream, and 1 package of Hidden Valley Dry Ranch Seasoning until smooth.
- Chop vegetables of choice. Recommended: Broccoli, Califlower & Carrots.
- Spread mixture over tortilla shell of choice. Layer center of the tortilla shell with shredded cheese and chopped vegetables.
- Tightly roll into wrap.

What Kind of Tortilla Shells Can Be Used for a Vegetable Wrap?
Any tortilla shell can be used for this wrap. For best results, it should be soft. Warm it up in the microwave for 5 seconds before you add the fillings. This will help it roll into a wrap easier. You can use any tortilla shell, such as:
- Flour
- Whole Wheat
- Spinach
- Sun-Dried Tomato

How to Fold a Wrap
There is no right or wrong way to fold a wrap! But if you are folding a wrap for the first time, try this:
- Make sure the wrap is soft by putting it in the microwave for 5 seconds. (I have skipped this step and they have rolled up and stayed together just fine!)
- Spread the filling. Don’t overfill, you’ll struggle to wrap everything up and keep it wrapped!
- Fold in the sides.
- Bring up the bottom flap and fold over the sides.
- Continue rolling closed until you reach the end.
- Use a little of the spread from the wrap as glue on the end if it’s not staying closed!

- Oven Baked Sweet Potato Fries

- Fruit
- Nuts
- Cottage Cheese
- Pasta Salad

These wraps work great for a meal prepped lunch or a quick dinner! When I eat them I feel like I am at a fancy cafe… when really I am sitting on the deck in the comfort of my own yard! HA!
