A 2-ingredient no bake individual size pudding pie that comes together with very little effort!
Mini-Chocolate Pudding Pie with Graham Cracker Crust
I like shortcuts. Anyone that really knows me knows that I like to take the easy way out. I prefer to call it ‘working smarter, not harder!’
These Mini-Chocolate Pudding Pies are a perfect example of me keeping things as short, and sweet, as possible. I used to make these by actually mixing a dry pudding mix with milk. But who has time for that?! It occurred to me I can just buy pudding cups and put one in each mini-pie crust. One pudding cup per crust is the perfect ratio, it was meant to be!

What You’ll Need:
- 4 Mini-Graham Cracker Crusts
- 4 pack Jello Chocolate Pudding
- Cool Whip, Optional
- Mini-Chocolate Chips, Optional
How to Make Mini-Chocolate Pudding Pies
- Open the package of mini-pie crusts and distribute on the counter so they are ready for the pudding.
- Scoop 1 pudding cup into 1 mini-pie crust. Repeat until you’ve reached desired number of pies.
- Put a dollop of Cool Whip on top of each pudding pie and sprinkle mini-chocolate chips on top.
Recipe Notes:
- Chocolate curls – To make chocolate curls, take a peeler (like one you would use to peel carrots) and run it along the side of a thick chocolate bar. OR, just buy them already curled.
- Mini-chocolate chips – You might find it easiest to just sprinkle mini-chocolate chips on top of the Cool Whip instead of the chocolate curls.
- Pudding – If you’d like to make the pudding instead, use 1 1/2 cups milk to 1 (3.4 oz) box Jello pudding instead of the 2 cups called for. Once made, immediately divide between the pie crusts.
- Make ahead – You can make these a day ahead, just be sure to keep refrigerated.
- Serving size – Make any amount you’d like. Pudding cups come in a 4 pack and mini-graham cracker crusts come in a 6 pack, so adjust accordingly for how many you need!
