Healthy No Bake Peanut Butter Oat Bites
School will soon be out for the summer, which means Mom’s everywhere are about to hear, “I’m hungry,” 4,935,827 times a day! When kids think they are dying of hunger at random times of the day, it’s nice to curb their appetite with a healthy snack.
These No Bake Peanut Butter Oat Bites are easy enough for kids to make, they store nicely, they’re packed with protein, made with real food, and they are filling!

What You’ll Need:
- 2 cups Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Honey
- 3 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 cup Vegan Mini-Chocolate Chips
How to Make No Bake Peanut Butter Oat Bites
- Line a 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a medium sauce pan, stir together 2 cups peanut butter, 1 cup honey, and 1 tsp vanilla until melted.
- Remove from heat and mix in 3 cups old fashioned oats until well combined.
- Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle 1/4 cup vegan mini-chocolate chips on top.
- Place in refrigerator until firm. Once firm, cut into bite size pieces.

Recipe Notes:
- Size – You can make these any size you’d like, just change the pan size to 9 x 13 or 9 x 9. You can also cut them into No Bake Peanut Butter Oat Bars!
- Peanut Butter – If you want a little crunch, just use crunchy peanut butter instead of creamy.
- Vegan – You don’t have to use vegan mini-chocolate chips, regular work just the same!
- Storing – These bars should be kept covered in the refrigerator. They are easiest to hold and eat when they are firm. When they are left out of the refrigerator, they get soft quickly. A thicker bar holds together better.
