Cake Mix Snickerdoodle Cookies
These Cake Mix Snickerdoodles are one of the easiest cookies I have ever made that also deliver amazing texture and flavor! They will have everyone thinking you worked really hard to make them, but it only takes 5-minutes to make the dough and 10-minutes to bake them!
I had never heard of cake mix cookies before I started blogging. What You’ll Need:
- 1 (15.25 oz) box White Cake Mix
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
How to Make Cake Mix Snickerdoodles
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat together 1 (15.25 oz) box white cake mix, 1/4 cup oil, and 2 eggs until cookie dough forms.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon.
- Scoop out 1 1/2 tbsp size amounts of dough and roll into balls. Roll into the cinnamon sugar mixture, then place onto prepared cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before transferring to a cooling rack.
